Appartment Lean 1 is located on the ground floor. With an area of 46m2 and 4 beds the apartment is well suited for families with children or for several adults.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living room is furnished with two sofa beds along with the kitchen and a dining room. The bedroom has pne double bed for two persons. The kitchen has an electric stove with two hotplates and all the necessary dishes are available. The terrace overlooks the garden at the back of the house.
For the cozy evenings there is a grill house in the garden available.
The coffee maker, kettle, television with satellite and free Wi-Fi internet access are also there for you. The rent for accommodation, bed linen, toilet paper on the day of arrival, electricity and water consumption, final cleaning and all tourist taxes are included in the lower price.
