Dear guests!

We would like to familiarize you with the house rules so that your stay in our house is as pleasant as possible. For any additional information please contact the operator.

– The accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

– Guests are obliged to take care of their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment or room. The owner assumes no liability for any disappearance.

– The guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and in its surroundings. In the event of an accident, you bear the consequences yourself.

– Lock the front door of the apartment or room when inside. When going out, be sure to close the windows and doors, close the umbrella, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances, and turn off the faucet.

– The property owner has the right to enter the apartment or room in the absence of the guest under special circumstances in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about this at the next contact.

– Destroying equipment and furniture, causing chaos and disturbing other guests is prohibited. It is particularly forbidden to make noise between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

– Content in the apartment or room can only be used by people who are registered as guests. The owner/landlord may authorize visits at specific times upon guest’s request.

– It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosives and easily combustible material.

– The use of equipment and furnishings that are not part of the apartment or room are only permitted with the consent of the owner.

– Bringing pets is only allowed with the consent of the owner.

– Should the installations, furniture, furnishings and equipment in the apartment or room disappear or be damaged, the guest is obliged to inform the owner/landlord of this. If the guest is to blame for the disappearance or damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage with an equivalent value.

– It is forbidden to take furniture and equipment out of the apartment or room.

– If the guest does not comply with the house rules, the ownerhas the right to terminate further services for the guest.

– Give the owner your identity card or passport upon arrival for registration at the tourist agency.

– You can address your comments, wishes and compliments to the owner.
