Reservation process
You can check the availability of the apartments on our website by sending us a non-binding inquiry.
Your request with the planned travel dates will then be forwarded to us immediately.
We will confirm the availability of the selected apartment and you will receive our offer for the apartment with the total price, as well as the advance payment for the booking (if necessary).
The offer is valid for 3 days.
Please let us know whether you have decided on the apartment or simply send us the reservation form by email.
The customers who have decided to reserve and have paid the deposit will receive a booking confirmation. Present this booking confirmation to us on arrival and then pay the remaining amount.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated and confirmed by email. If a deposit has been paid, it will be considered a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
Payment
Upon arrival, the guest pays the remaining amount in cash in euros or Croatian kuna. Credit card payments are not possible.
Arrival & departure day
Arrival and departure regulations depend on the apartment and are detailed in the respective ‘house rules’ on the apartment page.
