Apartment Lean 4 is located on the first floor. With an area of 35m2 and 2 beds, the apartment is well suited for friends, married couples or couples.
The one-room apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The sleeping area has a double bed with two beds. The living area is shared with the kitchen and dining room. In the living area there is a sofa with sleeping facilities. The kitchen has an electric stove with two hotplates and all the necessary dishes are available. The terrace has a view of the garden in the front of the house.
For the cozy evenings there is a grill house in the garden available, whereby a verbal agreement, at least one day in advance, with the landlord is required.
The coffee maker, kettle, television with satellite and free Wi-Fi internet access are also there for you. The rent for accommodation, bed linen, toilet paper on the day of arrival, electricity and water consumption, final cleaning and all tourist taxes are included in the lower price.
